Money Back Guarantee: Every account comes with a no questions asked 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason you may cancel within 30 days and receive a full refund of your hosting fees. This guarantee does not apply for setup, Domain Name Registration or add on product fees.
In order to qualify for our Money Back Guarantee you must notify us of your desire to terminate your membership within the first 30 days of setup. Afterwards, no refunds are available for monthly accounts. Annual accounts will be refunded on a prorated basis. A five dollar processing fee will be assessed for refunded annual accounts.
Money back guarantee does not apply for additional services, including, but not limited to: additional pop3 and/or other accounts, extra traffic, disk space, or software.Our money back guarantee does not apply if you violate any of the terms in our Acceptable Use Policy
IntraModal Service Fees: All plan fees are paid in advance. As a service to our customers we process service renewals automatically unless services are to be terminated as specified in the cancellation policy. Please refer to our Schedule of Prices for current fees.
Disputed charges to your credit card issuer, also known as chargeback, will result in service interruption and reconnection fees to restore your service. In the event that a chargeback is used to deny us rightfully owed fees, we will refer your account to a collection agency. Additional administrative fees may also be added.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to terminate your account you must e-mail us 15 days before your next billing period. Your membership will be terminated at the end of the billing day any existing content in your leased space will be cleared. The only acceptable means of cancellation is via e-mail message sent to us at cancel@IntraModal.com. Please include your name as it appears on your credit card, and the domain name you wish to cancel. We will notify you after we receive the message and post any refund due you within six weeks.
Non payment for services will be considered as notice of your desire to terminate your account. We will notify you if this occurs and hold your account for a period of five days. If we have not received payment for your account at that time we will deactivate your membership and reclaim the disk space.Foreign domains: Foreign domains are welcome. However, they require a different registration process. We can assist you with this and provide you with the name-server data you need. Extra fees may apply to these domains.
Agreement Enforcement: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Indiana, USA. Any action in regard to this agreement or arising out of its terms and conditions shall be instituted and litigated in that state. Each of the parties consents to jurisdiction in such court and agrees that service of process as provided by the state and rules of civil procedures of Indiana shall be sufficient.
