Copyright Infringement:  None of our services may be used to infringe on the copyright of others.  This includes, but is not limited to:  posting copyrighted material on the Web without consent, storage or transmission of copyrighted information, and/or providing information or links to unauthorized copyrighted material.  "Copyrighted material" includes any data or files that violate any international, United States, State, or local copyright law.

Unsolicited E-mail / SPAM:  You may not use our services as the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of unsolicited e-mail.  Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above.  We consider SPAM to be any unsolicited commercial e-mail or unsolicited bulk e-mail transmitted in the medium of newsgroups, fax, or e-mail.  Moreover, any site selling or promoting bulk e-mail software, service, or addresses is prohibited.

Adult Content  Pornography and sex-related content are prohibited on all of our servers.  This includessites that infer sexual content or link to adult content elsewhere.

Malicious Use:  Any use of our service that promotes illegal activity, includes hate speech, or contains content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the Internet is forbidden.  Links to such materials are also prohibited.  Any attempt to undermine or cause any form of harm, hack, or intrusion to any machine on the Internet is prohibited.

Resource Usage:  Our web servers are shared machines responsible for many websites and accounts.  As such, we impose restraints on the amount of resources any site may use.  Each site is limited to an amount of bandwidth on a monthly basis, as specified in the client's chosen billing package.  This amount includes all traffic to and from the service, including e-mail, FTP, and Web traffic.  Exceeding this amount will lead to a temporary suspension of the website, and may incur additional fees.

Scripts:   If you have purchased a plan that allows you to upload scripts to our systems, these rules apply.  Any scripts installed on our servers are required to use minimal system resources.  Scripts that consume a large amount of server memory or CPU power will be terminated.  Additional fees may also be incurred.  If you upload a script to our server, you acknowledge that you have already tested it elsewhere.

Any script that an administrator deems to be potentially threatening to the overall performance of the web server will be terminated immediately and your account access may be locked out.  When scripts are executed that are potentially harmful to the server, the offending account will be terminated immediately with NO refund of any pre-paid fees.  Termination includes the purging of all data.

Prohibited Applications:   Instant Messenger, IRC, and Telnet applications are banned from use on our systems.  This list will be updated as additional applications are discovered.  Please e-mail support@intraModal.com if you have a question about a specific application.

Termination of Service:   We may immediately, without notice, disable or terminate any account found in violation of these guidelines, without refund.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our sole discretion.
